Now showing
One night is open. Pick it, and you're on the Bowery outside the club.
Audience recording taped by Merle Allin.
More nights are being built. New dates will be listed here as they open.
Why this exists
This site doesn't exist to profit from anyone's art.
No coverFree entry, every night
Tour Worlds rebuilds real nights from music history as places you can move around. Pick a date, come in off the street, and stand wherever you like while the show plays as it was recorded that night.
It's here to give fans a way to experience the shows, the venues and the moments they missed, and a way back to the ones they were there for.
Inside each night
The real recording
The sound is a recording made in the room that night, usually a tape made from the audience. It is never edited, reordered or replaced.
The room, rebuilt
Each venue is modeled in 3D as it stood at the time, so you can turn away from the stage and go look at the bar, the walls and the door you came in by.
The band in silhouette
Performers appear only as dark figures on the stage. Nobody's face or likeness is recreated, and the crowd around you is fictional.
Later on
The plan is to add more shows and more rooms, and to follow some bands and venues across several nights. Further out, a few famous venues may get walkthroughs of their own, with the building and its layout as the subject and no show playing.
